2018 WCSA European Forest Championships

The 2018 WCSA European Forest Championships will be held in Estonia. It will be held in conjunction with the IAU European Championships. Details are still being worked out but the preliminary dates are: 27th June – 5th July

2019 WCSA World Target Championships

Preliminary time table for the WCSA 2019 World Target Championships to be held in  Ennigerloh, Germany is as follows:

Thursday June 6th 2019 – Unofficial practice (yet to be confirmed)

Friday June 7th 2019 – Official Practise

Saturday June 8th – Target Day 1

Sunday June 9th – Target Day 2

Monday June 10th – Individual Match Play and Team Match Play

Indoor Crossbow Championships – by POST

Timing:
January to September 2018
Conditions of Entry:
1 x TC600/40 Indoor Round comprising 60 competition bolts at 18m on 40 cm treble or strip
multi-coloured or black and yellow faces with 5 scoring zones from 6 to 10 only (HiVis
V=KRS); and;.and 1 x TC600/25 Indoor Round comprising 60 competition bolts at 18m on 25
cm treble or strip multi—coloured or black and yellow strip face with 7 scoring zones from 4 to
10 only. (These faces may be down-loaded from WCSA website – HiVis Version 2) or are
available by request from Secretary General).
Rounds may be shot on different days or the same day.
There will be both Individual and Teams competition for Target, Standard Sport, Freestyle Sport
and Medieval crossbow. Each Federation may enter up to four (4) MIXED teams (combined
male and female). Each team will comprise three (3) shooters with all shooters in a team using
the same type of equipment There shall be Teams for Target, Standard Sport, Freestyle Sport
and Medieval crossbow. There can be no Matchplay competition.
Rounds should preferably be shot in conjunction with a National, Regional or major
championship shot under WCSA rules. All Tournaments must be registered as WCSA
STAR EVENTS prior to competition starting and be listed on the WCSA shooting
calendar.
Entry is open to all WCSA affiliated federations and clubs covering both the Target, Sport and
Medieval crossbow divisions for Men, Women, Seniors, Juniors (Under 18 years), and Assisted
categories.
